Carlos leads our department of Migration. He also works for the Business & Companies department.
He began his career in 2010 as a Legal Assistant in our Firm working in the Corporate Department and providing legal assistance in Migration law.
He has participated as a speaker in several local and international workshops, such as: the Annual Congress of AIJA 2013 in Buenos Aires where he talked about “Visa for Directors”; the AIJA 2014 in Toronto, Canada at the panel of Miscellaneous Short Term Immigration Categories of the Business travel and short-term mobility; recently, Carlos was a speaker in the IBA Tax conference 2017 talking about the “Exchange of Information Beyond Tax – The G7 Approach to Combating Tax and Financial Crimes” organized in Buenos Aires, Argentina.
He has lectured multiple conferences for Colombian students about Migration in Panama orginized by the Camara de Comercio e Industrias Colombo Panameña.
