CH2M HILL to Manage Canal Expansion |

On 17th August 2007 the Panama Canal Authority (ACP) awarded US company CH2M Hill the overall management contract for the Canal expansion, including design and construction of new super-locks on both the Atlantic and Pacific Oceans.
CH2M Hill has overseen some 1,500 projects around the world over the past 5 years.
ACP stated this contract had been awarded base on man-years of consultancies, administrative costs, logistics and earnings.
