Practice Experience:

She start practicing law in 2000, when she rendered services as legal assistant in a Panamanian law firm, focusing on Administrative and Immigration Law.


In 2002, she founded her own law firm, where she worked cases of different jurisdictions, such as legal representation in administrative proceedings, Immigration, Procedural Law, creation of corporations, drawing and registration of Public Deeds, Ministry of Labor and Labor Courts proceedings and hearings, Family Law cases, and cases of evasion of loans obligations through maintenance pension process.


During her practice, she advised several companies in matters regarding labor law, securing the best employee/employer relationship as well as successful conflict management and resolution.


Since 2011 is member of the Labor Proceedings Department of Fabrega, Molino & Mulino which offers legal advice on Labor Law, provide assistance to the client at hearings at the Conciliation office of the Ministry of Labor, also in hearings at the labor Courts, and provide information about rights and duties of the employee and employer and helps its clients to foresee possible problems and solutions in their worker/employee relationship.


She lectured civil servants on cases about the evasion of loans obligations through a maintenance pension process, how to identify it and how to prevent these situations.
