Practice Experience:
In 1994 he was appointed Ambassador of Panama on Special Mission to Colombia, Peru and the Republic of China (Taiwan). He was director and founder of Casa Esperanza-Pro Rescate del Niño en la Calle Association and represented the firm in the Panama Chamber of Commerce, Industry and Agriculture.
