Practice Experience:

Through his professional career he has served in high-level said capacity, he stood in pro tempore as Vice Minister of Justice and Inland Government on several occasions, as well as serving as liaison between Panama and the United States for the exchange of information on money laundering crimes.  He also was Legal Advisor to the Minister of Finance and Economy (1997 – 1999).

He has practiced law at a local firm (1993-1996) as well as in-house corporate law specialist for a well-know multinational firm with diversified real estate holdings and international trade interest (1999-2008).
