Practice Experience:

From 1999 to 2001, she held the post of legal assistant, focusing on Administrative and Corporate Law. In 2001, she worked at the Conciliation and Decision Boards of the Ministry of Labor and Workforce Development in Panama City. From 2004 through 2007, she was employed at well-known local law firms, working in the fields of Commercial Law, Intellectual Property and Private and Public Contracts.

Member of the cluster coordinated by the Department of Banking Contracts of Fabrega, Molino & Mulino. This cluster structures and documents banking financing, rendering a complete service comprising: the production, protocolization and registration of Public Deeds of residential, commercial and corporate credits, of local and international financial entities, syndicated financing and structuring of mortgage trusts and guarantee trusts in general.

She has lectured on bank credits documentation and their guarantees before various banking institutions in our country.
